Composition Analysis of Lignans from Schisandra Chinensis Extract(Turcz) Baill by LC-MS/MS.A specific liquid chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometric(LC-MS/MS) method was developed that allowed simultaneous determination of 6 lignans in the fruits of Schisandra Chinensis Extract(Turcz) Baill.


The powder of Schisandra Chinensis Extract(Turcz) Baill fruit was extracted with hexane by ultrasonic.The extract was evaporated to almost dryness by a rotatory evaporator after filtration,redissolved by methanol,and then determined by LC-MS/MS.


The method showed high degree of linearity(correlation coefficients were 0.9907-0.9998) over the range 0.005-10.0 mg/g for the targets.The limit of quantifications for the lignans ranged from 4.0 10-4 to 1.5 10-3 mg/g.The average recoveries of the lignans in spiked samples were between 81.01%-92.45% with relative standard deviations from 3.05% to 7.98%.The developed method was applied to detect the targets in the Schisandra Chinensis Extract(Turcz) Baill fruit with good separation efficiency,and the results of the determination were satisfactory for the samples.
